配料

  • 一小罐黑豆
  • 半杯熟玉米粒
  • 3勺橄榄油
  • 半个白洋葱,切碎
  • 半个红辣椒,切碎
  • 1勺Taco调味料
  • 500克碾碎的奶酪
  • 黄油
  • 6 个小麦玉米圆饼
  • 酸甜酱
  • 小洋葱
  • 盐和胡椒

制作方法

  • 在平底锅里面加热橄榄油,并放入洋葱与红辣椒,持续搅动5分钟。
  • 加入黑豆,玉米粒,Taco调味料,盐和胡椒。低温煮大概7分钟,保持搅动。然后放在一旁。
  • 在不粘锅里面加热半勺黄油,待黄油融化后放入玉米圆饼,并在饼上加入一层奶酪,一层黑豆与玉米粒,最后再加上一层奶酪。
  • 把玉米饼对折然后把火关小,烹煮约3分钟,然后翻到另外一面烹煮至金黄。每个玉米饼都如此制作,最后淋上酸甜酱和切碎的小洋葱,大功告成!
