Ingredientes

  • ¼ de kg de filetes de pollo
  • 1 cda. De mantequilla
  • 2 cdas. De aceite de oliva
  • 3 dientes de ajo
  • 2 tazas de hongos fileteados
  • 2 cdas de harina de trigo
  • 2 tazas de caldo de pollo
  • 1 taza de crema de leche
  • ¼ de kg de fetuccinis
  • ¼ de taza de queso parmesano
  • 2 tazas de espinaca baby
  • Sal y pimienta a gusto

Preparación

  • En una olla grande agrega la mantequilla, cuando esté derretida, agrega el pollo cortado en cubitos. Cocina a fuego alto hasta que el pollo esté completamente cocido.
  • Agrega el aceite de oliva seguido del ajo y hongos. Cocina por unos 5 minutos hasta que los ingredientes se suavicen.
  • Agrega la harina y cocina por 1 minutos más.
  • Incorpora ahora el caldo de pollo, crema, sal y pimienta. Mezcla bien.
  • Agrega tu pasta, baja el fuego, tapa tu olla y cocina por unos 10-15 minutos o hasta que los fetuccinis estén al dente.
  • Apaga el fuego y agrega la espinaca y queso. Revuelve bien.
  • Sirve de inmediato con un poco más de queso parmesano. MaRRRavilloso! A disfrutaRRR
