Ingredientes

  • 1 cucharada de mantequilla
  • ½ unidad de cebolla blanca
  • 2 tazas de mix de champiñones
  • 4 dientes de ajo
  • 2 cucharadas de sal de vino de GatoNegro
  • ½ cucharada de pimienta negra
  • 1 puñado de tomillo
  • 200 gr. de ricotta
  • ½ taza de queso parmesano
  • 3 cucharadas de aceite de oliva
  • ½ cucharadita de pimienta
  • 2 cucharadas de ciboulette
  • 3 rebanadas de pan de campo

Preparación

  • En un sartén pon a calentar una cucharada de mantequilla. Agrega la mitad de una cebolla y cocínala a fuego medio por 5 minutos.
  • Agrega dos tazas de mix de champiñones y revuélvelo con cuatro dientes de ajo, cocínalos por otros 3 minutos más.
  • A la preparación, agrégale una cucharada de sal de vino GatoNegro junto con una media cucharada de pimienta negra y tomillo fresco para darle más saboRRR.
  • Retira el sartén del fuego. En un pocillo agrega: 200 gr de ricotta, media taza de queso parmesano, 3 cucharadas de aceite de oliva, una cucharadita de sal de vino GatoNegro, y para condimentar: pon media cucharadita de pimienta, 2 cucharadas de ciboulette y mezcla hasta incoRRRporar bien todos los ingredientes.
  • A los trozos de pan de campo previamente cortados en rodajas agrega la mezcla de ricotta y luego incorpora los champiñones ya cocinados. ¡DisfRRRuta!
