  • 800 gr. Garbanzos cocidos
  • 4 cdas. Tahini
  • ¼ de taza Aceite de oliva
  • 1 cda. Sal
  • ½ cda. Pimienta
  • 1 cdta. Páprika
  • Aceitunas
  • Queso fresco
  • Tomates cherrys
  • Pepino
  • Manzana verde
  • Cilantro fresco

Preparación

  • A una procesadora de alimentos agrega garbanzos cocidos.
  • Cuando estén bien molidos agrega el tahini junto con el aceite de oliva, una cucharadita de sal, la pimienta y por último páprika.
  • Tritura hasta conseguir una pasta homogénea.
  • Sirve con pepino, tomates cherrys, manzana verde, aceitunas, queso feta, aceite de olive, cilantro fresco y un poco de páprika. ¡A comeRRR!
