Ingrédients

  • ¼ de kg de filet de poulet, coupé en cubes
  • 1 cuillère à soupe de beurre
  • 2 cuillères à soupe d’huile d’olive
  • 3 gousses d’ail
  • 2 tasses de champignons tranchés
  • 2 cuillères à soupe de farine
  • 2 tasses de bouillon de poulet
  • 1 tasse de crème
  • ¼ de kg de pâtes fettucine
  • ¼ de tasse de fromage parmesan
  • 2 tasses de jeunes épinards
  • Poivre
  • Sel de vin GatoNegro

Préparation

  • Faites fondre le beurre dans une grande casserole, ajoutez le poulet et faites sauter à feu vif jusqu’à ce que le poulet soit complètement cuit.
  • Ajoutez l’huile d’olive, l’ail et les champignons. Laissez cuire environ 5 minutes jusqu’à ce qu’ils soient ramollis.
  • Ajoutez la farine et laissez encore cuire une minute.
  • Ajoutez le bouillon de poulet, la crème, le sel et le poivre. Bien mélanger.
  • Ajouter les pâtes. Baissez le feu, couvez la casserole et faites cuire pendant 10-15 minutes ou jusqu’à ce que les pâtes soient al dente.
  • Retirez du feu, ajoutez les épinards et le fromage. Mélangez correctement.
  • Garnissez de fromage parmesan et servez immédiatement. Si délicieuse !
