Put 5 ice cubes in a glass, then add 150 ml of Rosé GatoNegro wine.
Add 60 ml of grapefruit juice and 20 ml of sugar syrup.
Put hot water in a small bowl and add GatoNegro wine salt. Stir well until dissolved. Add the saline solution to the rosé and top with fizzy water to taste.
Add a sprig of fresh rosemary to add some coloRRR. Cheers!
