90% Cabernet Sauvignon, 10% Syrah


Central Valley.


Once the grapes arrive at the winery, they undergo a pre-fermentative maceration at cold temperatures (10-12°C) for 4 hours. Once complete, the must is racked and separated from its skins and stalks.
The clarified must is separated and inoculated with selected yeasts. Fermentation is carried out for 15 days in stainless steel tanks, with controlled temperatures between 12-14°C to develop
red fruit aromas and retain freshness.

Tasting Notes

Bright pink in color. This wine exhibits fruity notes of raspberry, strawberry and plum. Refreshing acidity and a smooth finish.
