配料

  • 250g鸡肉,切成小块
  • 1勺黄油
  • 2勺橄榄油
  • 3瓣大蒜
  • 2杯切丝蘑菇
  • 2勺面粉
  • 1杯奶油
  • 250g意大利面
  • 1/4杯帕尔马奶酪
  • 2杯菠菜苗
  • 盐和胡椒

制作方法

  • 在一个大的平底锅把黄油融化,加入鸡肉块开大火把鸡肉完全煎熟。
  • 加入橄榄油和大蒜和蘑菇,烹煮5分钟直到质地柔软。
  • 加入面粉再煮一分钟。
  • 加入熟鸡块,奶油,盐和胡椒,搅拌均匀。
  • 加入意面,开小火,盖住锅煮10-15分钟直到意面煮熟。
  • 把意面放凉,加入菠菜和奶酪,搅拌均匀。
  • 撒上帕尔玛奶酪然后便可享用这上等美味。
