Ingredientes

  • ¼ kg de filé de frango em cubos
  • 1 colher de manteiga
  • 2 colheres de azeite de oliva
  • 3 dentes de alho
  • 2 copos de cogumelos em rodelas
  • 2 colheres de farinha
  • 2 copos de caldo de galinha
  • 1 copo de creme
  • ¼ kg de fetuccini
  • ¼ cup de queijo parmesão
  • 2 copos de espinafre
  • Sal e pimenta

Preparo

  • Derreta a manteiga em uma frigideira grande, adicione o frango e salteie em fogo alto até ficar completamente cozido.
  • Adicione azeite de oliva, seguido de alho e cogumelos. Cozinhe por cerca de 5 minutos até ficarem suaves.
  • Agregue a farinha e cozinhe por mais 1 minuto.
  • Adicione o caldo de galinha, creme, sal e pimenta. Misture bem.
  • Agregue o fetuccini. Abaixe o fogo, tampe a frigideira e cozinhe por 10-15 minutos, ou até que a massa fique al dente.
  • Remova do calor, adicione espinafre e queijo. Mistrue bem.
  • Cubra com queijo parmesão e sirva imediatamente. MaRRRavilhoso!
