  • 800g de pois chiches cuits
  • 4 cc de tahini
  • ¼ tassse d’huile d’olive
  • 1 cc de sel de vin
  • ½ cc de poivre
  • 1 cc de paprika
  • Olives
  • Feta
  • Tomates cerises
  • Concombre
  • Pomme verte
  • Coriandre fraîche

Préparation

  • Passer les pois chiches cuits au mixer.
  • Ajouter le tahini, l’huile d’olive, une cc de sel de vin, et le paprika.
  • Mélanger jusqu’à obtenir une mélange onctueux.
  • Servir avec du concombre, des tomates cerises, de la pomme verte, des olives, de la Féta, de l’huile d’olive, de la coriandre fraîche et une touche de paprika. Bon appétit !
