  • Uma lata pequena de feijão preto
  • ½ copo de milho cozido
  • 3 colheres de azeite de oliva
  • ½ cebola branca picada
  • ½ pimentão vermelho picado
  • 1 colher de tempero para tacos
  • ½ kg de queijo ralado
  • Manteiga
  • 6 tortillas de trigo
  • Creme azedo
  • Cebolinha
  • Sal e pimenta

Preparation

  • Esquente o azeite de oliva em uma frigideira pequena e salteie a cebola e o pimentão vermelho. Mexa constantemente por cerca de 5 minutos.
  • Agregue o feijão preto, milho, tempero para tacos, sal e pimenta. Cozinhe em fogo baixo por cerca de 7 minutos, mexendo de vez em quando. Separe.
  • Aqueça ½ colher de manteiga em uma panela antiaderente. Quando estiver derretida, agregue a tortilla. De um lado da tortilla agregue uma camada de queijo, uma camada de feijão e uma camada final de queijo.
  • Dobre a tortilla pela metade e baixe o fogo. Cozinhe por cerca de 3 minutos e então vire para o outro lado até ficar dourado. Repita o proceso para cada tortilla. Sirva com creme azedo e cebolinha picada. Agora é disfrutaRRR!
