  • Pulse cooked chickpeas in a food processor.
  • Add tahini, olive oil, pepper, a teaspoon of salt, and finally paprika.
  • Blend until smooth.
  • Serve with cucumber, cherry tomatoes, green apple, olives, feta, olive oil, fresh cilantro and a touch of paprika. Enjoy!
