Ingrédients

  • 1 petite portion de beurre
  • 1 demi oignon
  • 2 tasses de mélange de champignons
  • 4 gousses d’ail
  • 2 cuillères à café de sel de vin
  • 1 cuillère à café de poivre noir
  • 1 pincée de thym frais
  • 200 grammes de ricotta
  • ½ tasse de parmesan
  • 3 cuillères à café huile d’olive
  • 2 cuillères à café de ciboulette
  • 3 tranches pain de campagne

Préparation

  • Dans une poêle, mettre à chauffer une noisette de beurre. Ajouter la moitié d’un oignon et cuire à feu moyen pour 5 minutes.
  • Ajouter deux tasses du mélange de champignon, mélanger avec quatres gousses d’ail, et cuire pour 3 minutes supplémentaires.
  • Lors de la préparation, ajouter une cuillère de sel de vin Gato Negri avec une demi cuillère de poivre noir et de thym frais pour lui donner plus de saveuRRR.
  • Retirer la poêle du feu. Dans un pot, ajouter : 200g de ricotta, une demi tasse de parmesan, 3 CC d’huile d’olive, 1 CC de sel de vin GatoNegro, et pour condimenter : Mettre une demi CC de poivre, 2 CC de ciboulette et mélanger le tout jusqu’à incoRRRporation de tous les ingrédients.
  • Ajouter le mélanger de ricotta sur les tranches de pains préalablement coupées en rondelle, puis incorporer les champignons déjà cuits. PRRRofitez bien!
