制作方法
Pulse cooked chickpeas in a food processor.
Add tahini, olive oil, pepper, a teaspoon of salt, and finally paprika.
Blend until smooth.
Serve with cucumber, cherry tomatoes, green apple, olives, feta, olive oil, fresh cilantro and a touch of paprika. Enjoy!
