Perfect With


  • 1 wheel of brie cheese
  • 3 tablespoons of honey
  • ⅓ cup of sliced almonds
  • 1 sheet of filo pastry
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon of water


  • Lay the filo pastry carefully on your table, then place the wheel of brie in the center.
  • Add honey and almonds, then fold the pastry in from the sides, brushing with beaten egg mixture (egg + water) after each fold.
  • Bake at 200°C/ 392ºF for 10 minutes. Remove from the oven, add a little extra honey and almonds and bake for a further 5 minutes. Delicious!
