Perfect With


  • 5 cubes of ice
  • 150 ml of GatoNegro rosé
  • 60 ml of grapefruit juice
  • 20 ml of sugar syrup
  • 15 ml of hot water
  • 1 teaspoon of GatoNegro wine salt
  • Sparkling water to taste
  • Sprig of fresh rosemary.


  • Put 5 ice cubes in a glass, then add 150 ml of Rosé GatoNegro wine.
  • Add 60 ml of grapefruit juice and 20 ml of sugar syrup.
  • Put hot water in a small bowl and add GatoNegro wine salt. Stir well until dissolved. Add the saline solution to the rosé and top with fizzy water to taste.
  • Add a sprig of fresh rosemary to add some coloRRR. Cheers!
