90% Cabernet Sauvignon, 10% Syrah

Alcoholic fermentation is carried out in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures below 20ºC. The cap is pumped over 3 times a day in order to produce a wine with a good color that retains the grape's fruit character. Before alcoholic fermentation is complete, the skins are separate from the wine. The wine then undergoes clarification and cold stabilization to remove any unwanted sediment. After filtration the wine is bottled, thereby preserving its structure and intensity
