90% Merlot, 10% Carmenere


This wine comes from our vineyards in Molina, in the seventh region in the country (Central Valley).


The grapes come to the winery where cold maceration is made (10- 12 ° C) for 12 hours and then temperature-controlled fermentation takes place (under 28 ° C). They performed 3 to 4 per day pumping in order to obtain a good color wine keeps the grape fruit character.
Before finishing the fermentation, the wine is separated from the skins to prevent excessive extraction of phenols. The whole process is designed to produce wines with high fruit intensity and smoothness in the mouth.

Tasting Notes

Dark red ruby.
Cabernet intense, full of aromas of red fruits, berries, cherries, cassis and perfectly mixed with sweet notes of vanilla and coconut.
Fresh mouthfeel, medium body, soft tannins, long and pleasant finish.
