Lay the filo pastry carefully on your table, then place the wheel of brie in the center.
Add honey and almonds, then fold the pastry in from the sides, brushing with beaten egg mixture (egg + water) after each fold.
Bake at 200°C/ 392ºF for 10 minutes. Remove from the oven, add a little extra honey and almonds and bake for a further 5 minutes. Delicious!
